1. Introduction

Telvara Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates MyProMarketer at mypromarketer.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using our Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, business name, business type, city, and state. You optionally provide a phone number and website.

Billing information: Payment is processed by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer ID and subscription reference. We never see or store your full card number.

Business data: We collect publicly available information about your business (Google reviews, category, address) to generate your marketing kits. You may also upload a logo or photos.

Usage data: We log which kit sections you view, copy, or interact with, and whether you've marked content as posted. This helps us improve kit quality over time.

Device data: If you use our mobile app, we store a push notification token on your device so we can send you relevant alerts (only if you opt in).

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your monthly marketing kit content
• To deliver your kit via email and your account dashboard
• To process your subscription payment through Stripe
• To send service-related communications (kit ready, payment receipts, policy updates)
• To improve the quality and relevance of generated content over time
• To respond to support requests

We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it to third parties, and do not use your personal business content to train automated systems.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with the third-party services necessary to operate the Service:

• Content Generation Provider — A third-party service used to generate your kit content. Business name, type, city, and review data is sent to generate your kit. Their data usage policy applies.
• Stripe — Payment processor. Handles all billing. Their privacy policy governs payment data.
• Supabase — Secure database provider. Your account and kit data is stored in their managed Postgres infrastructure.
• Google — We use the Google Places API to look up your business reviews and information.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days to allow account reactivation, then deleted. Kit content is retained for 12 months after delivery, then purged from our servers. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — Update or correct inaccurate information through your account settings
• Deletion — Request that we delete your account and associated data
• Portability — Request your kit history in a portable format
• Opt-out — Unsubscribe from marketing emails or disable push notifications at any time

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption in transit, row-level security on all database access, hashed passwords via Supabase Auth, and scoped API keys with least-privilege access. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

8. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in to your account. We do not use tracking cookies, ad pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required because we only use strictly necessary cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
